What should I expect from Limited Brands’ interview process?
Our goal is to make the interview process as convenient and informative as possible.
If your qualifications meet or exceed the requirements of a current opening, you may be contacted by a member of our staffing team to schedule a time to discuss your background, experience and interest in the opportunity.
In most cases, if you are called to come in for an interview, you will meet with a member of our staffing team. If there is a potential fit, you might meet with several other individuals. This may require more than one visit to our offices or stores.
Before any offer of employment is extended, your references will be checked.
Certain positions may also require education verification, a skills test and/or a background check and a drug screening prior to employment.
I submitted my personal profile online a couple of days ago. What happens next?
Once you have submitted your completed personal profile, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you supplied.
Upon receipt, a member of our staffing team will review your profile. In the event your profile matches available opportunities, staffing may contact you to discuss your background, interest and possible next steps.
If your profile does not match any current openings, it will be retained in our resume database for consideration as future opportunities become available.
