Customer Care Center associates understand that with each interaction they become the brand for the customer. It’s why we provide in-depth training to ensure that whatever she desires – consultation on fashion, sales support or issue resolution – we demonstrate genuine care, just as we would in person.
We seek to dial in positive, highly articulate professionals who can talk (or type) fashion and deliver our promise to listen, connect and inspire - creating customers for life. Specifically, we are looking to expand our team to fulfill key customer care positions that include but are not limited to:

Customer care specialists who focus their efforts on tactfully and effectively resolving customer issues that are a win-win for the customer and the company and additinally field sales interactions; and

Seasonal fashion consultants who during our high-velocity times field sales interactions, make fashion recommendations and execute customer orders.
