It all started in 1963 with one shop, and one shopkeeper – our founder and CEO, Les Wexner. And through many successes and much growth, we’ve never waivered in our focus on thinking like owners, shopkeepers, who make every moment for the customer special.
It’s a mindset that defines our associates who work in the field every day. Our stores team members understand the importance of how to implement strategic plans from their store operations partners as well as the need to lead by example to make the experience for our customers second to none. They also know the role of shopkeeper is unique from day to day and often means wearing many hats to ensure the brand is well represented and the customers’ desires are fulfilled.

Regional managers – who can confidently lead a team of district managers and serve as the key liaison with the home office, articulate strategies to the district and store level, and drive profitable top-line sales growth in their region.

District managers – who are responsible for multiple stores, manage the brand’s in-store visual and operational standards and take responsibility for recruitment, training and developing talent and the performance of their district.

Store managers – who drive results by developing and implementing action plans, while also maximizing store profitability, team productivity and individual compliance with company policies and procedures.

Applications for hourly positions are accepted during store hours at the location where you wish to work. Part-time supervisory positions, permanent and seasonal sales associate roles, and select full-time positions including co-manager, category manager, product manager, etc. are available exclusively through in-person application and not posted on our career website.
