Retail Residency: intensive learning at an academy business
The Limited Brands Retail Residency program inspires our future retail leaders by engaging them in preparatory, comprehensive enterprise wide and role-specific experience. And upon completion, the Retail Residency allows our newest and most promising associates to contribute immediately in their new roles upon completion.
Every Retail Residency we offer begins with a 15-day intensive enterprise residency that introduces participants to the fundamentals of our business. This includes our company’s rich history, values, specific brands and key functions throughout the organization, visits to distribution centers and stores, and a case study project to be completed as part of a cross-functional team. With this foundation in place, participants are ready to begin their customized residency experience.
