The Manager of Supplier Diversity within Strategic Procurement & Business Services is responsible for ensuring Limited Brands has access to the best vendor and suppliers in each sourcing category. This role manages Supplier Diversity across Limited Brands. The Manager of Supplier Diversity is expected to influence and inform leadership thinking on the program performance, best practices and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
This position is the point of contact for internal and external organizations as it relates to Supplier Diversity. The Supplier Diversity Manager is responsible for pipeline building and relationship management with certified diverse businesses.

Primary responsibilities include:
Establish integrated procurement strategy and tactics in partnership with the Office of Inclusion, Procurement Category Leaders, Business Leaders and Stakeholders.

Develop and maintain a good understanding of Brand and Function blue chips, goals, and priorities. Develop initiatives to ensure the supplier diversity pipeline is aligned, relevant and ready to deploy at all times.

Seek and identify categories and services that can be supplied by diverse businesses for LBI; and administer a regular cadence for follow-up and engagement.

Educate and coach diverse suppliers on standard Limited Brands¿ procurement activities and business practices.

Manage the infrastructure and tools related to supplier diversity.

Negotiate attainable diverse business utilization goals for all company functions and brands, providing clear roadmaps to fill gaps and growth opportunities.

Manage the standard of measurement and reporting on progress of the enterprise Supplier Diversity program. This includes reporting key supplier diversity metrics for all tiers.

Maintain and enhance the diverse business classification system, verification and reporting system with a particular focus on data integrity, analytical relevance and financial acumen.

Represent Limited Brands by coordinating and attending trade shows, awards luncheons, training sessions and other supplier diversity events and continually increase the level of visibility within related associations/networks.

Research and benchmark other organizations to ensure best practices for LBI¿s Supplier Diversity program.

Previous experience with supplier diversity programs, understanding common terms and non-governmental organization relationships.

Comfortable navigating the complex structure of matching suppliers to opportunities.

Advanced capabilities in MS Office including Word, Excel, Access & Outlook.

Three (3) years of professional procurement experience

5-7 years of work experience within medium to large company ($500 million in sales or higher; 1,000 more employees).

Travel required approximately 25%.
