POSITION: Print Designer

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to Sr. Designer, Print & Pattern
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Individual contributor position responsible for using CAD tools to develop art work for style illustrations, textile designs and graphics for fabrics, screen prints, embroideries, appliques and trims. Creates and distributes art work documentation for presentations, production, and sourcing support materials. Typically reports to Print Manager. Typically no direct reports. Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Trend research. Needs to be able to do trend research for pattern and be able to create original artwork based off of trend.
Collaborate with all levels of design and merchandising in development of print and pattern
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highly creative, detail-oriented, organized, autonomous and accustomed to working with deadlines.
A minimum of 3 -5 years of Print design experience.
Willing to travel.
Must have an ability to understand global concept and interpret it into the brands handwriting.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, U4ia or Kaledo
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
