The merchandise flow supervisor drives total store results with specific ownership for merchandise flow and brand guide processes. The merchandise flow supervisor drives results in the area of responsibility by supporting the development and execution of short term action plans and long term strategies.

Delivers a best-in-class, captivating branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth:
o Reinforces a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
o Serves on Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for total store results
o Leads and assists with processing, replenishment and prioritizing of merchandise receipts
o Ensures visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained
o Supports category managers and/or category supervisors in development and execution of merchandising and sell down strategies
o Leverages tools and reports to ensure the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles, colors and
sizes represented
o Owns back room and under stock organization standards and processes
o Understands, adheres to and reinforces brand standards
o Partners with owner of labor schedule to identify and build daily schedules with processing time requirements
o Executes workforce management functions, including punch guarding and flexing payroll as needed
o Ensures standard operating procedures are followed, including damages, testers and other compliance
related items
o Assists in store opening and closing procedures as necessary
o Maximizes sales potential by spending the majority of scheduled time on the sales floor
- $0-2M: 90% of time on sales floor
- $4-6M: 40% of time on sales floor
o Demonstrates excellent customer sales lead (CSL) behaviors
- $0-2M: 6-8 non peak segments per week
- $4-6M: 2-4 non peak segments per week
o Gains business insight and creates SMART action plans that improve execution and results
o Supports, models and enhances all selling and sales support behaviors to ensure a seamless customer experience
o Proactively identifies and communicates merchandise flow and visual presentation opportunities and recommended solutions
o Conducts CSL and associate observations and provides feedback
o Manages and resolves customer relations issues
o Drives customer loyalty through current brand strategies, including credit and customer relationship marketing
o Leverages customer experience reports and insights and mobilizes the team accordingly
o Partners with Sales Leadership Team to identify and resolve all maintenance and housekeeping issues
o Reinforces all activities related to providing a safe working environment
o Reinforces store strategy to reduce shrink
o Creates an awareness of and builds capabilities in loss prevention by fostering a culture of honesty and connecting the link between customer service, associate engagement and shrink

Builds a high performance team:
o Attracts and recruits a highly qualified team to support the functions of merchandise flow and brand guide
o Observes and provides feedback to sales support associates and brand guide associates
o Fosters associate connectivity with sales support associates and brand guide associates
o Utilizes merchandise flow tools to facilitate effective communication
o Communicates effectively with Sales Leadership Team, associates and peers
o Partners with direct manager to establish clear performance goals and objectives
o Motivates and inspires team to meet and exceed established productivity levels
o Assists in the observation and training of new associates, including mentoring and serving as a shadow partner
o Educates associates on brand standards
o Provides feedback on improvement opportunities and any obstacles that hinder execution
o Understands and demonstrates Limited Brands values

o Availability of merchandise
o Overall store appearance
